Controlled mixing tools and a Qsonica platform support formulation studies involving dispersion and uniformity. Any sonication step must be evaluated against identity, viability, and the intended product outcome.
Low-temperature stabilization
Chilled handling and a pharmaceutical-grade Harvest Right freeze dryer support development of dormant dry formats while process parameters are measured and refined.
Pilot-scale manufacturing
Current development batches are intentionally limited while the formulas, process controls, packaging, viability, and application instructions are validated.
